To connect your laptop to the BenQ MS524AE projector, follow these steps:
1. Make sure your laptop and the projector are both powered off.
2. Locate the VGA or HDMI port on your laptop. If your laptop has a VGA port, use the VGA cable included with the projector. If your laptop has an HDMI port, use an HDMI cable (not included).
3. Connect one end of the VGA or HDMI cable to the corresponding port on your laptop.
4. Locate the VGA or HDMI input port on the projector. It is labeled "VGA" or "HDMI" and is located on the back or side of the projector.
5. Connect the other end of the VGA or HDMI cable to the VGA or HDMI input port on the projector.
6. Power on your laptop and the projector.
7. On the projector's remote control, press the "Source" button to select the input source. Use the arrow keys to navigate and press the "Enter" button to confirm.
8. Select the VGA or HDMI input source that corresponds to the port you connected your laptop to.
9. Your laptop's display should now be projected onto the screen. Adjust the focus and keystone correction as needed for optimal image quality.
