To install the Momento C3 HD backup camera, follow these steps:
1. Find a suitable location to mount the camera. The package includes an adjustable license plate mount, but you can choose a different location if desired.
2. Once you have the camera mounted, route the camera wiring into the vehicle. If necessary, drill a hole to run the wiring into the vehicle, and use a rubber grommet to protect the wiring.
3. Connect the camera to the Image selector box. Run the rest of the wiring through the vehicle and connect the Yellow RCA (male) to the Momento R1 Video 1 or 2 Input.
4. To ensure a secure installation, follow these mounting tips:
a. Loosen the screws on the license plate with a wrench.
b. Install the C3 HD camera bracket behind the license plate. Adjust the C3 camera horizontally if needed.
c. Replace the license plate over the C3 HD camera bracket and tighten the screws with a wrench.

Note: Always exercise caution and use common sense when reversing your vehicle. The backup camera is a driver's aid and should not be considered infallible.
