To connect your phone to the Klein Tools ET20 Wireless Borescope via WiFi, follow these steps:
1. Press and hold the Power button on the borescope for approximately 3 seconds to power it on. The WiFi indicator and Battery indicator will flash on.
2. On your phone, turn on the wireless networks and access the menu that displays available networks. The location of this menu may vary depending on your phone model.
3. Wait for the WiFi indicator on the borescope to start flashing slowly. This indicates that the borescope is actively transmitting a WiFi signal. Make sure to wait for this before proceeding.
4. In the available networks list on your phone, select "KT Borescope". If it is not immediately available, wait for about 10 seconds to ensure the borescope is fully powered on.
5. Open the Klein Tools Borescope app on your phone. The app should automatically detect and connect to the borescope.
Once connected, you will be able to view the camera image and control the borescope using the app.
Note: If you need to use an internet connection on your phone while connected to the borescope's WiFi signal, you will need to disconnect from the borescope's WiFi in your phone's settings menu.
