To adjust the tilt angle of the DSXF3 LED Flood Luminaire, follow these steps:
1. For Threaded Knuckle Mount (THK):
- Loosen the 3/16" hex key xxxx on the knuckle to release the tilt angle adjustment.
- Adjust the tilt angle as necessary.
- Retighten the 3/16" hex key xxxx to 75 in-lbs.
2. For Yoke Mount (YK):
- Loosen the hex socket xxxx on each side of the yoke to release the tilt angle adjustment.
- While holding the weight of the fixture, remove the hexhead set xxxx .
- Adjust the tilt angle as necessary.
- Reinstall the hexhead set xxxx in the appropriate matching hole.
- If a non-standard angle is desired, center punch inside the yoke bracket and drill a .147in (#26) hole.
- Drive a self-tapping hexhead set xxxx into the new hole.
- Once the appropriate angle is set, tighten the hex socket set screws to 75 in-lbs.
3. For SXF1/DSXF2/DSXF3 (ships installed):
- Remove the access cover plate to the integral wiring compartment using a 1/4" hex socket or regular screwdriver.
- Loosen the 5/16" hex socket xxxx above the integral wiring compartment to release the tilt angle adjustment.
- Adjust the tilt angle as necessary.
- Retighten the 5/16" hex socket xxxx to 75 in-lbs.
- Reinstall the access cover plate.
