To assemble the LASKO 2265QM 20 Inch High Velocity Floor Fan or Wallmount Fan, follow these steps:
1. Remove the fan from the plastic bag and carton.
2. Align the two sides of the fan to the stand and press down on the stand buttons until they lock in place.
3. Remove the holding xxxx from the rear of the fan control box.
4. Make sure the wire from the fan control box to the motor is outside the stand leg and the grill.
5. Insert the holding xxxx from the rear of the fan through the hole in the stand leg.
6. Align the fan control box with the holding xxxx .
7. Tighten the holding xxxx by hand, being careful not to over-tighten.
8. Plug the cord set into a 120-volt outlet.
To mount the fan on the wall using the QuickMount® system:
1. Choose a mounting location that allows for installation into wall studs or adequate structural support.
2. Use the wall bracket as a template and mark the hole locations on the wall after leveling the bracket.
3. Fasten the wall bracket to the mounting surface using appropriately sized fasteners.
4. Hold the fan in an upright position and place the back edge of the stand in the wall bracket hooks.
5. Slowly allow the stand to rotate downward so that the rubber foot at the front rests against the wall below the mounting bracket.
6. Tilt the head of the fan to the desired angle.
