To install the FLUKE CV400 ClirVu 95mm Infrared Window, follow these steps:
1. Choose a suitable location on the panel door for installation.
2. Use a standard Greenlee® punch to create a single hole with the required diameter (115.42 mm or 4.544 in).
3. Remove the cover and fastener from the infrared window if they are not already attached.
4. Insert the infrared window into the hole, ensuring a proper fit.
5. Use the provided hand turn door latch to secure the infrared window in place.
6. Ground the infrared window to the metal enclosure using the patent-pending AutoGround™ process. This ensures proper safety and maintains panel arc test ratings.
7. Confirm that the infrared window is securely installed and grounded.
8. The installation process should take less than 5 minutes and can be done by one technician without removing the panel door.
