To switch between transmit (TX) and receive (RX) modes on the MoerLab AAD02 MoerLink Bluetooth USB dongle, follow these steps:
1. TX/Transmit Mode:
- Plug the MoerLink dongle into a device that supports USB Audio.
- Double-click the function key on the dongle. The red/blue light will flash alternately, indicating that the dongle is in pairing mode.
- Pair and connect the dongle with your Bluetooth receiver. Once the pairing is completed, the blue light will flash slowly.
- If you want to switch to Broadcast Bluetooth mode, triple-click the function key. The light will turn purple and flash slowly.
2. RX/Receive Mode:
- Plug the MoerLink dongle into a recording device that supports USB Audio.
- Press and hold the function key for 5 seconds. The LED indicator will turn off and then turn to a red light flashing, indicating that the dongle has switched to receive/RX mode.
- By default, the dongle will be in TX/transmit mode every time it is re-plugged into the system.
- To record in Standard Bluetooth mode, double-click the function key. The blue light will flash quickly, indicating that the dongle is paired and connected. The blue LED light will stay on when the connection is successful.
- To record in Broadcast Bluetooth mode (recommended), triple-click the function key. The purple light will flash quickly, and the LED purple light will stay on after connecting.
