To clean the filter of the Kloudic DH-JH04 Air Purifier, please follow these steps:
1. Unplug the air purifier before cleaning.
2. Remove the outer pre-filter from the air purifier.
3. Use a soft brush or vacuum hose to remove hair, dust, and large particles from the pre-filter.
4. Do not clean the filter with water or any liquids.
5. Once the pre-filter is clean, place it back into the air purifier.
6. If the airflow is still significantly reduced after cleaning the pre-filter, it may be necessary to replace the filter.
Note: It is recommended to clean the pre-filter every 2-4 weeks to increase efficiency and extend the life of the filter. If you continue to experience issues with airflow or have any other questions, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.
