To attach the lens to your camera, follow these steps:
1. Refer to your camera's instructions for specific details on mounting lenses.
2. Align the lens mount index on the lens with the corresponding index on your camera body.
3. Gently rotate the lens clockwise until it locks into place.
4. Once attached, ensure the lens is securely mounted by giving it a slight twist.
To detach the lens from your camera, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the camera is turned off.
2. Hold the camera body firmly and press the lens release button, usually located on the camera body near the lens mount.
3. While holding the lens release button, rotate the lens counterclockwise until it disengages from the camera mount.
4. Carefully remove the lens from the camera body, making sure to keep the rear lens element and contacts protected.
Note: When detaching the lens, it is recommended to place it with the rear end up to prevent scratching the lens surface and contacts. If the contacts get dirty or have fingerprints, clean them with a soft cloth to ensure proper operation.
