To set up the QAZQA 104683 Bliss HL Black with Black Smoke Glass lamp using the Calex Smart app, follow these steps:
1. Download the Calex Smart app from the Google Play store or the Apple Store, or scan the QR code provided in the instruction manual.
2. Open the app and create an account if you are a first-time user. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the account setup.
3. Tap on the "add device" button (+) in the app to start adding the lamp. Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed.
4. Turn on the lamp. It should start flashing. If it doesn't, switch it on and off three times to reset it.
5. Follow the on-screen prompts in the app to complete the installation process.
Note: The QAZQA 104683 Bliss HL Black with Black Smoke Glass lamp only works on a 2.4GHz WiFi network, not on a 5GHz WiFi network. If you receive a notification stating that the product only works on 2.4GHz networks, you need to change the WiFi frequency of your network to 2.4GHz only in the settings menu of your router. Please consult your router's manual for instructions on how to change the WiFi frequency.
