To reset your Jabra Elite 4 Active True Wireless Sports Earbuds, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the earbuds are turned on and connected to your device.
2. Press and hold the Multi-function button on both earbuds for about 10 seconds until the LED indicators on both earbuds flash purple.
3. Release the buttons and wait for the earbuds to turn off and then back on again. The LED indicators will flash blue and white, indicating that the reset is complete.
Please note that resetting your earbuds will clear any previously paired devices and settings. After the reset, you will need to pair your earbuds with your device again.
