To mount the PULSAR PSP-V Ring Adapter Weaver Rail Adapter on your riflescope, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Loosen the screws
- Use the provided hex wrench (S0.9) to loosen the fixing screws (1).
- Use the provided Torx T25 wrench to loosen the xxxx (2).
- Move the lever (3) to the OPEN position.
Step 2: Mount the adapter on the attachment
- xxxx the adapter along the thread on the mount of the attachment (4) until it stops. Then undo a little (no more than one turn) so that the lever (3) is on the left.
- Tighten the xxxx (2) until the ball joint in the adapter is tight.
Step 3: Mount the attachment with the adapter on the weapon
- Mount the adapter on the Weaver/Picatinny rail in front of the riflescope lens. Ensure that the adapter cover (5) prevents external light sources from reaching the lens.
- Tighten the adjusting wheel (6) to ensure hard operation of the lever (3). Adjust the wheel as necessary for the best lever operation.
- Move the lever (3) from its initial OPEN position to the CLOSED position.
- Tighten the screws (1) until they stop.
Step 4: Adjust the attachment position
- Turn on the attachment.
- Align the display center with the crosshairs of the riflescope reticle by tilting the attachment and observing through the eyepiece lens.
- Align the top and bottom display boundaries parallel to the horizontal axis of the riflescope by turning the attachment clockwise or counterclockwise.
- Once you achieve the optimal attachment position, tighten the xxxx (2) until it stops. The clamping force should be 8 Nm (use a torque screwdriver to check).
To adjust the adapter height for riflescopes with a low fit:
- Unscrew the screws (8) using the provided hex wrench (S2.5).
- Release the rail (7).
- Fasten the adapter mount using the supplied screws M4x10.
- Before using the adapter, unscrew the screws (8) one by one, apply a drop of Loctite, and xxxx them back until they stop. Allow the Loctite to dry for some time.
