To install the HARVEST TEC 870 Scanner Remote Floor Switch, follow these steps:
1. Attach the harness from the 870 Scanner Remote Floor Switch to the port on the right side of the 860 Scanner.
2. Attach the switch bracket to a location on the floor that is accessible for foot operation using the hardware included.
Please refer to the installation instructions provided in the owner's manual for more detailed guidance.
Note: Ensure that there is no voltage/current in this system. The buttons are detected with an electrical "ground sense." The switch is normally open and temporarily closed when the button is pushed. If the buttons do not work, check connectors and wire continuity with the appropriate meter.
