To set up and use the Avantree ADHF-E191 Ear Earbuds and Microphone on a Windows PC, please follow these steps:
1. Connect the headset: Plug the 3.5mm audio jack of the headset into the corresponding audio output port on your computer. This is usually located on the front or back panel of the PC.
2. Configure audio settings: Right-click on the speaker icon in the system tray (bottom-right corner of the screen) and select "Sounds" or "Playback devices" from the context menu. In the Sound settings window, make sure the headset is set as the default playback device. If not, right-click on the headset and select "Set as Default Device".
3. Test audio playback: Click on the "Configure" button in the Sound settings window. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the audio channels and test the playback. Make sure you hear sound through the headset when the test is performed.
4. Configure microphone settings: Right-click on the speaker icon in the system tray and select "Sounds" or "Recording devices" from the context menu. In the Sound settings window, make sure the headset microphone is set as the default recording device. If not, right-click on the microphone and select "Set as Default Device".
5. Test microphone input: Click on the "Configure" button in the Sound settings window. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the microphone and test the input. Speak into the microphone and check if the sound levels are detected.
