To pair your Jabra Elite 75t True Wireless Earbuds with a computer or softphone, follow these steps:
1. Ensure that your computer or softphone supports the Hands Free (HFP) or Headset (HSP) Bluetooth profile, as well as the Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP) Bluetooth profile.
2. Make sure that both your Jabra device and the computer or softphone client are up to date with the latest firmware/software.
3. Activate the Bluetooth connection on your computer.
4. Remove any previous pairings between your Jabra device and the computer or softphone client.
5. Put your Jabra Elite 75t earbuds in pairing mode by pressing and holding the button on the right earbud until the LED light flashes blue.
6. On your computer or softphone client, search for available Bluetooth devices and select your Jabra Elite 75t from the list.
7. Follow any on-screen prompts to complete the pairing process.
8. Once paired, ensure that your Jabra device is selected as the audio device on both your computer and the softphone client.
If you encounter any issues while connected to a computer or softphone client, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check that the Bluetooth connection is active on your computer.
- Remove the previous pairing and re-pair your Jabra device.
- Reset your Jabra Elite 75t by placing both earbuds in the charging case and holding the button on the case for at least 15 seconds.
- Ensure that you have the latest version of the softphone client installed.
- Verify that your Jabra device is selected as the audio device in both your computer's settings and the softphone client's settings.
