1. Turn off the power supply and unplug the machine.
2. Remove any ice from the storage bin and discard it.

4. Remove the air filters and clean them with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and let them dry completely before reinstalling.
5. Use a soft cloth or sponge to wipe down the interior surfaces of the machine, including the evaporator plate, water distributor, and water reservoir. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or tools that may damage the surfaces.
6. Mix a solution of food-grade ice machine cleaner according to the manufacturer's instructions.
7. Pour the cleaning solution into the water reservoir and allow it to circulate through the machine for the recommended amount of time.
8. After the cleaning cycle, drain the cleaning solution from the machine.
9. Rinse the water reservoir thoroughly with clean water to remove any residue.
10. Fill the water reservoir with fresh water and allow it to circulate through the machine to rinse out any remaining cleaning solution.
11. Once the rinsing cycle is complete, drain the water from the machine.
12. Reinstall the air filters and close the front panel.
13. Plug in the machine and turn on the power supply.
