To properly inflate the insportline 23353 Inflatable Mat, follow these steps:
1. Check that the package is not damaged. Open the package without using sharp objects.
2. Take the mat out of the sack and untie the binding band.
3. Stretch the mat to its full length on a flat surface.
4. Open the valve counterclockwise.
5. Press the valve and turn it counterclockwise by 45 degrees.
6. Connect the air tube to the valve.
Please note that the recommended PSI for inflation is between 0.5 and 2 PSI. Make sure to inflate the mat to the desired firmness, but do not overinflate it.
