To install the FlowTron FC 8800 Diplomat Fly Control Device, follow these steps:
1. Determine the placement: Decide whether you will be installing the device indoors or outdoors. For outdoor use, place the unit about 25 feet away from areas intended for human activity. Hang the unit approximately seven feet above the ground. For indoor use, place the device adjacent to entrances, exits, and heavily infested areas.
2. Choose the mounting method: The device can be wall-mounted, ceiling-suspended, or hung from an outdoor bracket or pole. Depending on your chosen method, follow the corresponding assembly instructions provided in the user manual.

4. Maintenance and cleaning: Regularly clean the unit to maintain its effectiveness. Disconnect the unit from its power source before cleaning. Use a small brush, blower, or vacuum cleaner to remove dead insects and debris from the killing grid, bulbs, and glow-tube. Do not spray with water or any other liquid.
