To adjust the height, tilt, and swivel of the LG 32BL95U Display LED LCD Monitor, follow these steps:
1. Locate the stand adjustment controls on the back of the monitor.
2. To adjust the height, hold the monitor with one hand and use the other hand to push or pull the monitor up or down to the desired height.
3. To adjust the tilt, hold the monitor with one hand and use the other hand to tilt the monitor forward or backward to the desired angle.
4. To adjust the swivel, hold the monitor with one hand and use the other hand to rotate the monitor left or right to the desired position.
