To adjust the seat height, loosen the vertical post xxxx on the main frame. Pull it out, place the vertical seat post at the desired height so that the holes are aligned, release the xxxx and retighten.
To move the seat forward or backward, loosen the adjustment xxxx and washer and pull the xxxx back. Slide the horizontal seat post into the desired position so that the holes are aligned and retighten the adjustment xxxx .
To adjust the handlebar height, loosen the xxxx and secondary lever and pull back. Slide the handlebar post along the main frame housing to the desired height and, with the holes aligned correctly, tighten the adjustment xxxx and then the secondary lever.
