To select the correct voltage for your battery, follow these steps:
1. Disconnect the battery.
2. Select the desired charge voltage by pushing and releasing the pushbutton switch. The LED #1a or #1b will light up to indicate the selected voltage.
- LED #1a indicates 6V charging voltage.
- LED #1b indicates 12V charging voltage.
- If you are unsure of your battery's voltage, choose the standard charging voltage (LED #2 off) to avoid overcharging.
3. Wait until LEDs #3, #4, #5, #6, #7, and #8 flash twice, confirming the voltage selection is in memory.
4. Reconnect the battery.
Please note that selecting the incorrect voltage can lead to overcharging and damage to the battery. Always confirm the voltage requirement of your battery before selecting a higher charge voltage.
