To connect the TensCare B0977FZJKL perfect EMS and TENS Unit to the electrode pads, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the unit is turned off.
2. Take the lead wires (L-CPT) provided and connect them to the unit. There are two lead wires, one for each channel (CH1 and CH2).
3. Connect the electrode pads to the lead wires. Each lead wire has two connectors, one for the positive electrode pad (+) and one for the negative electrode pad (-).
4. Place the electrode pads around the area to be treated. Make sure the pads are positioned correctly according to the specific muscle group you are targeting. Refer to the electrode pad placement guidelines in the manual for proper placement.
5. Ensure that the electrode pads have good contact with the skin and are securely attached.
6. Once the electrode pads are properly connected and positioned, you can turn on the unit and select the desired program and intensity level.
Note: Always check that the unit is turned off before applying or removing electrode pads.
