To turn on the Electrolux EFDCLN6 Filter Air Purifier, plug in the appliance and tap (touch and release) the "@" button. It will take about 10 seconds for the sensor to analyze the air quality, during which time the Loading LED and the Air quality light will pulsate slowly in white. After the analysis is complete, the SMART mode is activated automatically and the fan runs at low speed.
