To clean and descale the DOMO DO9255WK water kettle, follow these steps:
1. Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
2. Wipe the outside of the kettle with a damp cloth. Do not use any chemical, abrasive, or scouring cleaning products.
3. Regularly clean the removable filter.
4. To descale the kettle, you can use a liquid descaler or a non-toxic cleaning product. Alternatively, you can follow these steps:
a. Fill the water kettle with 3 cups of white vinegar.
b. Add water until the kettle is full (up to the maximum level).
c. Let the vinegar solution soak overnight, but do not boil it.
d. Pour away the solution and remove any remaining stains in the spout by rubbing it with a damp cloth.
e. Fill the kettle with clean water, boil it, and pour away the water.
f. Repeat the process once more.
5. After descaling, the water kettle is ready for use.
Please note that tap water may cause scale buildup inside the kettle, and regular descaling is recommended to maintain optimal performance.
