The MISA M-5D20-C Modular Cool Room features a patented "fast fit" twin hook CAMLOCK system, which allows for quick and easy assembly and disassembly. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to assemble and disassemble the cool room:
1. Assembly:
a. Start by laying out the floor panels in the desired configuration.
b. Connect the floor panels together using the CAMLOCK system, ensuring a secure fit.
c. Attach the wall panels to the floor panels using the CAMLOCK system, making sure they are aligned properly.
d. Connect the wall panels together using the CAMLOCK system, ensuring a tight seal.
e. Install the ceiling panels by connecting them to the top of the wall panels using the CAMLOCK system.
f. Once all panels are securely connected, check for any gaps or loose connections and make necessary adjustments.
2. Disassembly:
a. Start by removing the ceiling panels, disconnecting them from the wall panels.
b. Disconnect the wall panels from each other using the CAMLOCK system, starting from the top and working your way down.
c. Remove the wall panels from the floor panels by disconnecting them using the CAMLOCK system.
d. Finally, disconnect the floor panels from each other using the CAMLOCK system and remove them.
