To calibrate the Johnson 1888-0700 Digital Angle Locator and Ruler, follow these steps:
1. Power on the unit by pressing the ON/OFF/ZERO button.
2. Place the ruler/angle arms on a flat surface.
3. Press and hold the ON/OFF/ZERO button for 3 seconds.
4. The display will show "0.00" to indicate that the unit is now calibrated to a reference angle of 0°.
It is important to calibrate the unit before each use to ensure accurate measurements.
