To replace the pad on the Powr-Flite NM1600 Ultra High Speed Burnisher, follow these steps:
1. Turn off and unplug the burnisher for safety.
2. Locate the pad retainer assembly (Part No. F44P) on the bottom of the machine.
3. Use a screwdriver to remove the four screws (Part No. X8216) securing the pad retainer assembly.
4. Lift off the pad retainer assembly to access the pad.
5. Remove the old pad from the pad retainer assembly.
6. Place the new pad onto the pad retainer assembly, aligning the holes.
7. Secure the new pad by reinstalling the four screws into the pad retainer assembly.
8. Ensure that the pad is securely attached before operating the burnisher.
