Calibrating the Adam PMB-202 Moisture Analyzer is an important step to ensure accurate moisture analysis results. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to calibrate the analyzer:
1. Ensure that the analyzer is powered off and disconnected from the power source.
2. Locate the calibration weight provided with the analyzer. It should be labeled with the appropriate weight value.
3. Place the calibration weight on the center of the sample pan.
4. Power on the analyzer and wait for it to stabilize.
5. Once the analyzer has stabilized, navigate to the calibration menu on the LCD display.
6. Follow the on-screen prompts to initiate the calibration process.
7. The analyzer will prompt you to remove the calibration weight from the sample pan.
8. Remove the calibration weight and wait for the analyzer to stabilize again.
9. The calibration process is complete, and the analyzer is now ready for use.
