To set the timer on the DeLonghi HFX60 Series Ceramic Fan Heater, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the appliance is in the STAND-BY position.
2. Press the timer button (E) on the control panel.
3. The display will show a symbol and the time remaining before the switch on or shut-off.
4. Use the + and - adjustment buttons (B) to set the desired time.
5. Wait a few seconds for the programming to be set.
6. The display will return to show the current settings and the symbol to indicate that the timer has been set.
For delayed switch-on: The appliance will turn on with the same settings it had during the previous operation when the programmed time is reached.
For delayed shut-off: The appliance will shut off automatically when the programmed time is reached. If you want to go back to operation without the timer, press the timer button (E) twice. The timer symbol will disappear from the display.
