Gourmet Mode on the WOLF ICBSO3050PE oven offers nearly 50 presets to automatically cook a variety of impressive dishes. To use Gourmet Mode, follow these steps:
1. Press the Gourmet Mode button on the control panel.
2. Use the touch screen or stainless touch controls to select the desired dish from the available presets.
3. Once you have selected a dish, the oven will automatically set the cooking mode, temperature, and time for that specific recipe.
4. Place your food in the oven and close the door.
5. The oven will begin cooking according to the preset settings.
6. Monitor the cooking progress using the large full-color touch screen.
7. When the cooking time is complete, the oven will automatically turn off and notify you.
It is important to note that Gourmet Mode presets are developed by Wolf chefs to maximize the performance of the oven.
