To install the lionelo Bastiaan Baby Car Seat in your car, you have two options depending on the weight group of your child:
1. Group 0+ (up to 13 kg):
- Rear-facing installation: Place the safety seat facing backward on the car seat.
- Using 5-point safety seat belts and car belts: Carry the hip part of the car belt through the blue guide under the reduction pad. Carry the shoulder part of the car belt through the blue guide in the back of the safety seat. Fasten and tighten the belt.
- Using the ISOFIX system: Press the ISOFIX button to extend the arms. Insert the arms into the ISOFIX handles in the car. You will hear a click indicating correct fixation. Attach the upper fastening belt of the safety seat to the appropriate position. Tighten the belt.
2. Group I (9-18 kg):
- Forward-facing installation: Place the safety seat facing forward on the car seat.
- Using ISOFIX and car belts: Press the ISOFIX button to extend the arms. Put the shoulders in the ISOFIX car holders. You will hear a click indicating correct fixation. Use the three-point car belts to secure the seat.
3. Group II and III (15-36 kg):
- Forward-facing installation: Place the safety seat facing forward on the car seat.
- Using ISOFIX and car belts: Press the ISOFIX button to extend the arms. Put the shoulders in the ISOFIX car holders. You will hear a click indicating correct fixation. Carry the car belt through the red guide on the headrest and the hip part through the red guide beside the seat. Fasten and tighten the belt.
