To install the , please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the installation is done by a licensed electrician.
2. Adhere to the latest local and national wiring rules, such as AS/NZS 3000 Electrical installations.
3. This luminaire is a Class I product and must be earthed during wiring and installation.
4. Do not exceed the maximum wattage rating.
5. Select a suitable location for installation, as this product is suitable for indoor use only.
6. The mounting point must support 2 times the weight of the luminaire.
7. Avoid installing the luminaire in direct line of an air vent/system.
8. If installing in an area prone to moisture, ensure proper ventilation and use an appropriately rated exhaust fan if necessary.
9. Take care not to pull any electrical wires during unpacking.
10. Lay out all the components on a smooth surface and ensure that no parts are missing before assembling.
11. Check for any damage during transport. Do not install or operate any damaged product.
12. Ensure that power to the circuit you are working on has been switched OFF before starting any electrical work.
Installation Directions:
1. Remove all packaging material from the product and keep any hidden accessories.
2. Place the luminaire on a smooth non-scratch surface if assembly is required.
3. Remove the mounting bracket from the canopy by loosening the screws on the sides.
4. Use the mounting bracket as a template to mark the xxxx positions on the ceiling.
5. Install the mounting bracket onto the ceiling using appropriately sized mounting screws and anchors.
6. Connect the mains supply wire and the earth cable to the terminal block, ensuring secure connections and no exposed wires.
7. Install the canopy onto the mounting bracket and secure it by tightening the screws on the sides.
8. Slide the crystal over the lamp holder and lock it into position by tightening the bracket end.
9. Install the appropriate globe (not included) into the lamp holder, avoiding direct contact with bare hands.
10. After installation, switch on the luminaire to test all lighting functions.
