To set the clock on the COMMERCIAL CHEF BC-2809 Programmable Coffee Maker, follow these steps:
1. Press the HR button until the desired hour is displayed on the digital display.
2. Press the MIN button until the desired minutes are displayed on the digital display.
3. The clock is now set and will continue to keep the correct time, even after the coffee maker has been shut off.
Note: Unplugging the coffee maker or a power failure will reset the clock to 12:00 AM. Repeat the instructions above to reset the clock.
