To connect the TR600 to your analog landline phone, please follow these steps:
1. Connect the TR600 to the wall jack: Run the phone line from the wall jack to the line port on the back of the TR600.
2. Connect your phone to the TR600: Run the phone line from the phone base to the Phone Port on the back of the TR600.
3. Make sure the SD card is inserted and the AAA batteries are installed in the TR600.
4. Plug the TR600 into a wall outlet using the provided cord and adapter.
5. Make sure the source switch on the side of the TR600 is in the PHONE position.
6. Enter the Settings menu by pressing the right select key.
7. Select Recording Settings by pressing the left select key.
8. Select Manu Rec. Mode and select Line Mode.
Once you have completed these steps, the TR600 will be in Line Mode and ready to start recording calls on your analog landline phone.
