To import user samples into the TR-6S, follow these steps:
1. Prepare your user samples: Make sure your samples are in a compatible format (WAV or AIFF) and stored on an SD card.
2. Insert the SD card: Locate the SD card slot on the TR-6S, which is located on the rear panel. Insert the SD card into the slot.
3. Access the sample import menu: Press the "MENU" button on the TR-6S to enter the menu mode. Use the value dial to navigate to the "SAMPLE" menu.
4. Select the sample import option: In the "SAMPLE" menu, select the "IMPORT" option using the value dial. Press the value dial to confirm your selection.
5. Choose the sample slot: Use the value dial to select the sample slot where you want to import your sample. Press the value dial to confirm your selection.
6. Select the sample file: Use the value dial to browse through the files on your SD card and locate the sample you want to import. Press the value dial to confirm your selection.
7. Set the sample parameters: After selecting the sample file, you can adjust the start point, end point, and loop settings if desired. Use the value dial to make adjustments, and press the value dial to confirm each setting.
8. Import the sample: Once you have set the sample parameters, press the "ENTER" button to start the sample import process. The TR-6S will display a progress bar indicating the import status.
9. Repeat for additional samples: If you want to import more samples, repeat steps 4-8 for each sample you want to import.
10. Access the imported samples: After the import process is complete, you can access the imported samples in the sample select menu. Use the value dial to browse through the samples and select the one you want to use in your patterns.
