To adjust the grind setting on the Gaggia Velasca Espresso Machine, follow these steps:
1. Open the coffee bean hopper lid.
2. Place the end of the measuring spoon handle on the grinder adjustment xxxx in the coffee bean hopper.
3. Use the spoon to press and turn the xxxx to the left or right one notch at a time.
4. There are 10 different grinding degree settings you can choose from. The smaller the dot, the stronger the coffee.
5. Coarse grind: lighter taste, for dark roasted coffee blends.
6. Fine grind: bolder taste, for light roasted coffee blends.
7. Place the coffee bean hopper back.
8. Brew 2-3 coffees to taste the difference.
By adjusting the grind setting, you can customize the strength of your coffee to your preference.
