To use the AccuRelief ACRL-5500 Ultimate Foot Circulator, follow these steps:
1. Make sure the device is connected to a power source using the provided adapter.
2. Insert the 2 AAA batteries (included) into the device if needed.
3. Place the foot pads on a flat surface and sit comfortably with your feet on the foot pads.
4. If using the electrode pads, attach them to the lead wires and place them on the desired area of your body.
5. Use the remote control to select one of the 15 preset programs for electrical stimulation. You can adjust the intensity level using the buttons on the remote control.
6. Relax and enjoy the treatment. The device will deliver electronic pulses to stimulate your muscles and improve blood circulation.
