To adjust the height and tilt of the INNOCN 32:9 WDFHD Curved Gaming Monitor, follow these steps:
1. Locate the monitor stand included in the box.
2. Attach the monitor stand to the back of the monitor by aligning the mounting holes and securing it with the provided screws.
3. Place the monitor on a stable surface.
4. To adjust the height, locate the height adjustment mechanism on the stand. It may be a lever or a button.
5. If it is a lever, simply pull it up or push it down to adjust the height of the monitor.
