To adjust the height and tilt of the INNOCN 27G1V Computer Gaming Monitor, follow these steps:
1. Locate the monitor stand that comes with the package.
2. Place the monitor stand on a stable surface.
3. Attach the monitor to the stand by aligning the mounting holes on the back of the monitor with the stand's mounting plate.
4. Secure the monitor to the stand using the provided screws.
5. Once the monitor is securely attached to the stand, you can adjust the height by loosening the height adjustment xxxx located on the back of the stand.
