To adjust the recording quality on the Sony ICD-BX112 Digital Voice Recorder, follow these steps:
1. Press the MENU button on the recorder to enter the menu mode.
2. Use the arrow buttons to navigate to the "REC SET" option and press the PLAY/STOP button to select it.
3. In the "REC SET" menu, use the arrow buttons to navigate to the "REC MODE" option and press the PLAY/STOP button to select it.
4. You will see a list of recording modes, including different quality options such as "ST" (Standard Play) and "LP" (Long Play).
5. Use the arrow buttons to select the desired recording mode and press the PLAY/STOP button to confirm your selection.
6. Press the MENU button to exit the menu mode.
