To adjust the recording quality on the OLYMPUS VP-20 Digital Voice Recorder, follow these steps:
1. Press the MENU button to enter the menu.
2. Use the FF or REW button to navigate to the "Recording Quality" option.
3. Press the MENU button to select the "Recording Quality" option.
4. Use the FF or REW button to choose the desired recording format (MP3 or Linear PCM).
5. Press the MENU button to confirm the selection.
Note: MP3 format offers compressed audio with varying levels of quality and smaller file sizes. Linear PCM (WAV) format provides uncompressed, CD-quality audio but results in larger file sizes.
