To change the recording format on the Olympus VN-722PC Voice Recorder, follow these steps:
1. Press the MENU button to enter the menu mode.
2. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the "REC FORMAT" option and press the OK button.
3. Use the arrow keys to select the desired recording format (e.g., MP3) and press the OK button.
4. Press the MENU button to exit the menu mode.
