To install the SIM card and SD card in your Infinix X6823 Smart 6 Plus Smartphone, please follow the steps below:
1. Power off your mobile phone.
2. Refer to the picture provided in the user manual for SIM/SD card installation.
3. Locate the SIM card tray on the side of your phone. It is usually located on the left side.
4. Use the SIM ejector tool or a small paperclip to gently push into the small hole on the SIM card tray. This will eject the tray.
5. Carefully remove the SIM card tray from the phone.
6. Place your SIM card(s) into the appropriate slot(s) on the SIM card tray. Make sure the gold contacts on the SIM card are facing downwards.
7. If you have an SD card, insert it into the dedicated SD card slot on the SIM card tray. Make sure the gold contacts on the SD card are facing downwards.
8. Once the SIM card(s) and SD card are properly inserted, gently push the SIM card tray back into the phone until it clicks into place.
9. Power on your phone and it should recognize the SIM card(s) and SD card.
Note: It is important to power off your phone before inserting or removing the SIM card and SD card to avoid any potential damage to the device.
