To adjust the speed on the OBENSKY JK-31-2 Walking Pad, use the control panel or the remote control. On the control panel, there is a "SPEED" window that displays the current running speed. The speed range is 0.5MPH to 7.5MPH. To increase or decrease the speed, press the "+1-" buttons. Each press will adjust the speed by 0.1MPH. If you keep the button pressed for more than 0.5 seconds, the speed will continue to increase or decrease. You can also use the remote control to adjust the speed. Press the "+" or "-" buttons to increase or decrease the speed by 0.1MPH. Please refer to the instruction manual for more details on using the control panel and remote control functions.
