To set up your Dell G15 5520 GPU Gaming Laptop, follow these steps:
1. Connect the power adapter to your laptop and then press the power button. Note that the battery may be in power-saving mode during shipment, so it's important to have the power adapter connected when turning on the laptop for the first time.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the Windows setup. Dell recommends connecting to a network for Windows updates. If you're connecting to a secured wireless network, enter the password when prompted. If you're not connected to the internet, you can create an offline account.
3. On the Support and Protection screen, enter your contact details.
4. After completing the setup, you can locate and use Dell apps from the Windows Start menu. Dell apps such as My Dell, SupportAssist, Dell Update, and Dell Digital Delivery provide key information, help articles, and software updates for your laptop.
