To switch between X-Input and D-Input modes on the GENESIS PV58 Remote Control Wireless Gamepad, follow these steps:
1. Connect the wireless USB adapter to your PC or console.
2. Press the Genesis button on the gamepad until the diodes start to blink.
3. After a few moments, the gamepad will be ready to use when the diodes shine without blinking.
LED Indications:
- X-Input mode: The second LED glows solid.
- D-Input analog mode: The first and second LEDs glow solid.
- D-Input digital mode: The first LED glows solid.
- Pairing: All four LEDs flash quickly.
- Charging: All four LEDs flash slowly.
- Battery fully charged: All four LEDs are off.
Please note that on a PC, if the Control Panel detects the gamepad as a USB gamepad, it means it is working in D-Input mode. If it is detected as "Controller (XBOX 360 for Windows)," it means it is working in X-Input mode. On a console, the gamepad is automatically detected in D-Input mode, and there is no possibility to change that. Vibrations only work in X-Input mode.
