To install the toner cartridge for the KYOCERA PA2000, 2001 Series Printer, please follow these steps:
1. Ensure that the printer is powered off and unplugged.
2. Open the printer's front cover by lifting it upwards.
3. Locate the toner cartridge slot inside the printer.
4. Take the new toner cartridge out of its packaging.
5. Gently shake the toner cartridge from side to side to distribute the toner evenly.
6. Remove the protective cover from the toner cartridge.
7. Hold the toner cartridge by its handle and align it with the slot in the printer.
8. Insert the toner cartridge into the slot, pushing it firmly until it clicks into place.
9. Close the printer's front cover.
Note: It is recommended to use the toner cartridge that comes with the printer for the initial setup. If you have purchased an optional toner cartridge, it is advised to use the included toner cartridge first before using the optional one.
