It is recommended to defrost the Cylinda FB1350 Freezer at least twice a year or when the ice layer becomes excessively thick. The frequency of defrosting may vary depending on ambient conditions and the frequency of door opening. It is advisable to defrost the appliance when the quantity of frozen food is at its lowest. Before defrosting, adjust the thermostat xxxx to a higher position to ensure the food stays cold. To defrost the freezer, unplug the appliance, remove the frozen food and place it in a refrigerator or a cool place. Take out the obstruction plug from the separator panel and allow the ice to melt. Collect the water in the special tray provided and wipe it clean with a cloth or sponge. Do not use sharp metal objects or electric heating appliances for defrosting.
