To connect your Danley PGJ94 Speaker Box to an amplifier, follow these steps:
1. Locate the NL8 ("speak-on") connector on the rear panel of the speaker box.
2. Identify the pinout for the quad-amped configuration:
- 1+ Positive LF
- 1- Negative LF
- 2+ Positive LF
- 2- Negative LF
- 3+ Positive Mid
- 3- Negative Mid
- 4+ Positive High
- 4- Negative High
3. Ensure that your amplifier has compatible NL8 outputs. If not, you may need to use NL4 connectors or NL8-to-XLR adapters.
4. Connect the positive and negative terminals of the LF (low-frequency) channel on your amplifier to the corresponding 1+ and 1- terminals on the NL8 connector of the speaker box. Repeat this for the other LF channel if your amplifier is capable of driving two LF channels.
5. Connect the positive and negative terminals of the Mid and High channels on your amplifier to the corresponding 3+ and 3- (Mid) and 4+ and 4- (High) terminals on the NL8 connector of the speaker box.
6. Ensure that all connections are secure and properly tightened.
7. Power on your amplifier and adjust the volume levels as desired.
