To mount the SIGMA AURA 60 USB Nugget II Light Set on your bike, follow these steps:
1. Determine the mounting height: The front light should be mounted at a minimum height of 400 mm and a maximum height of 1200 mm above the roadway.
2. Prevent dazzling other road users: Adjust the front light in a way that it does not dazzle other road users.
3. Secure attachment: Make sure the headlight is securely attached to the bike.
4. Ensure unobstructed light distribution: Check that the distribution of light is not obstructed.
5. Use the silicone strap: During installation, tighten and mount the silicone strap fitting to prevent the headlight from self-adjusting or being easily adjusted. The torque required for adjustment should be greater than 5 Nm after mounting.
6. Tighten the xxxx : Ensure that the xxxx is tightened tightly so that the headlamp cannot self-adjust or be easily adjusted. The torque required for adjustment should be greater than 5 Nm after assembly.
7. Note about horizontal adjustment: Once the holder is mounted, the headlight cannot be turned horizontally. Attempting to adjust it horizontally may cause mechanical damage to the fixture.
